Denise Clemons, author of the weekly food column, Cape Flavors has been published by the Cape Gazette newspaper since 2005. Her interest in the history of regional foods led her to write A Culinary History of Southern Delaware.

She teaches nutrition workshops, conducts cooking demonstrations and leads writing workshops.
